
Welcome everyone to a New Season with SeaPony Farm. We have had a wonderful winter with the animals and some fun with our participants for Play Dates.
In April, we welcomed Autism Speaks for a Farm Visit. We all had a great time Playing with the animals and Painting some very willing boys, Thremill, Boo and Raisin. It was Wonderful to meet some new faces and to see some old friends.
In April we hosted out first Annual Horsing Around Camp over School Break working on our social skills, poop picking (Poop Olympics), muck-a-lucking and Alpaca antics. It was so much fun and again great to see our old friends and a few new faces.
The donations we receive truly make a lasting difference to the families of our participants and our herd making it possible for us to continue our mission. I thank you all for your support for SeaPony Farm. We are grateful and humbled.
We received an incredibly generous donation from a local foundation that will allow a few of our most in need to continue their adventures.
This year we received a very generous private donation from our very good friend and awesome volunteer, Elaine Flynn, WOW! thanks Elaine. This donation helped a participant family to come this spring season.
We also received a wonderfully generous donation from a party who wishes to remain anonymous, what a nice surprise. This helped us buy new safety saddles for the program.
I would like to thank the Community Foundation for Nantucket for their generous donation this year which enabled our local children to attend Play Dates this new year 2011.
We have received several very generous donations from friends and loved ones in Memory of Margaret "PeggyAnne" Barna. Thank you to all for helping our most in need participants attend our programs.
Tuppancy-Harris Foundation also gave us an amazing donation that was used to purchase supplies for the herd that is so important to their maintenance, health and wellbeing.
The Kenneth Donnell Trust gave a nice donation to one of our students that will allow her to continue her participation into next year.
We received a very generous donation from Lisa Winn and Eliot Lees. What a wonderful Christmas present for SeaPony Farm. Thank you for helping our most in need attend our programs.
I will end by saying that when I started this project I was determined to help at least one child and now I am blessed with the most amazing, inspiring, joyful families that shine a light on SeaPony Farm. I cannot imagine a better way to share these most magical animals in such a special place as SeaPony Farm and in this community in Nantucket.

Summer: We had a spectacular summer full of new adventures with some new and dear friends and participants. Some milestones were witnessed for a few of our little riders sitting up tall and independent while traveling along the trails. WOW. Many incredible relationships were formed with our volunteers, our herd and our participants.
Fall/Winter: We had a busy fall season with all our Nantucket residents continuing to welcome new faces to our volunteer and participant programs.
We won Second Place in the Nantucket Chamber of Commerce Noel Tree Decorating Contest, Most Traditional Youth; Congratulations to all.
